|ooc| Sorry, Phrax, it's Rosethorn, not Rosepelt. DX I get mixed up sometimes and write it in my post; somtimes I don't catch it and I post it. --catnip'd--
|bic| "As testy and irritable as always, I see." Rosethorn heartily chuckled, swaying her tail--Sandfire's tail--elegantly. "Oh, nothing. Just wanted to make sure that Skystar was controled by you as was planned." Shrugging indifferently as if it really didn't matter to her, the FireClan she-cat nodded approvingly as the names were called out, Sandfire's included--which should be the case. Deputies, on more than one occasion (or rather, more often that not, which was a lot) attended the Gathering with their leader. It was only custom.
Leaping down effortlessly, she benignly followed after Silverfang, waving her tail at no one in particular. Trodding the path to the Gathering with confident steps, she chose to converse with Sandfire then and there, since nothing of more than meager importance was there to deal with. "Why, yes he is, obviously. As to how much of us there are..." She chuckled within her own mind, smiling devilishly. "Let's just say one FireClan cat is responsible for controling one of the three important cats of each Clan. We could put it that way, yes?'
Lionmane shrugged his broad shoulders, blinking ruefully at Littlewind. He didn't know what to say. How the kit found out was a mystery that could be solved by some other cat, for he heard his name mentioned in the cats who would go to the Gathering. "I'm sorry, Littlewind, but I guess Skystar chose me to go along with some of the others to the Gathering." Looking quite apologetic, he briskly strode over and rasped his tongue over her ear. Casting Cinderkit a sullen glance, the golden warrior padded out of the nursery, catching sight of Skystar and Sandfire leaving the camp just in time.
"Better get going," he mumbled, starting forward. He stopped just then, a paw in mid-air as his brother skid to a stop beside him, held tilted only ever-so slightly.
"So, you're going to the Gathering?" At the other warrior's slow nod, Bearface nodded thoughtfully. "Alright. Well, I was just wondering if I heard right... And if I should keep an eye on Littlewind?"
At this, Lionmane considered. She did have her kits not too long ago, but... There was still the matter of Cinderkit. "Actually, why not help her out with Cinderkit? The lil' kit is a bit distraught as far as I can tell--and sick." Twitching his whiskers in farewell, he bounded off, leaving the chocolate-furred tomcat by his lonesome.
"Hmph. Always in a rush he is. Can never take it slow." Rolling his eyes, Bearface did as suggested, nosing his way into the nursery to automatically land his gaze on Littlewind. "Lionmane thought I should help out with the little one. Is that fine by you?"
