My favourite is number 4 - I think they did a really good job of shortening it, yet still making it funny and witty - and the Beaubaton girls were great! It included all of the key points of the story, and was effective and moving. Not to mention Daniel Radcliffe... *drools*

Number two by process of elimination, also because it was VERY exciting. Harry potter 5 COMPLETELY SUCKED. Harry potter 4 didn't include a lot of my favorite parts. Potter 3 didn't seem exciting enough. Potter 1 just...it was too young

Harry potter 5 COMPLETELY SUCKED. -x- Uh oh... I'm seeing it on Tuesday. Phrax has just rung me though - she's just seen it. She said it was great!
Harry potter 4 didn't include a lot of my favorite parts. -x- Nah. Don't blame them though. It was looong!
Potter 3 didn't seem exciting enough. -x- It was okay...the book was good. But the movie was a little odd. With the change of scenery and the new Dumbledor....not to mention the completely crappy ending - it was the worst movie so far.
Potter 1 just...it was too young -x- Totally agreed! It's HILLARIUS watching it again!
Number 2 was my second favourite.... It used to be my number 1 until four came out.

Number five, let's just say this: They had TONS of weird transactions. Hermione would say that Umbridge sucks at teaching, and all of the sudden they're in the Hogs head talking about Dumbledore's army! Or Fred and George leave Hogwarts, and all of the sudden Harry is seeing Sirius die within his own head!

#2 was the best, I guess. Followed closely by #5 and #1. Number five was EXCELLENT. I hated the director in number four. It was all about the three triwizard events and the ball. WHERE WAS THE QUIDDICH WORLD CUP? It would have been a highlight that ANYONE telling their friend about it would mention. The fourth was the only one to bore me. Ever. At the end? Lord Voldemort coming to rise? I had this picture of the director cramming it in at the last moment, because they spent WAY to much time on how depressed Hermionie was, and, if they had to, the lack of long-term effects. They spend half of the movie focusing on how she's depressed and crying and the next day; "Hey guys, let's go to the next event!" And at the end... Voldemort's like "I HAVE RETURNED!" and then Harry escapes and it's over. Mad-eye Moody was a disappointment, too. Completely confusing for those who hadn't read the book, and even for those who had. The fifth... The dialog LED to events and guided people to allow them to catch on to what was happening without having it spelt out. It focused on the right scenes and left out the pointless conversations held in the corridors, making the real "moments" sweet and the action exciting to the point of a climax before falling away, unlike the fourth where the whole movie was the ball and the three triwizard events.

Oh, Harry Potter 5 was very good! But I think it wasn't because...well: I was looking forward to seeing Winky drunk, since she wasn't in the fourth They didn't make everything BIG! I mean...OH! THEY DIDN'T SAY THAT RON AND HERMIONE WERE PREFECTS ANNND!!
SPOILER WARNING -- Well, I CANNOT believe they made CHO tell Umbridge about the dumbledore army thing! I want to see 'sneak' written across someone's face and I ALSO wanted to see someone cry!
NO MORE SPOILER - Okay, Tonks is BEAUTIFUL. If I were a guy, I'd wanna marry her. I LUFF BELATRIX! I LOVE HER I LOVE HER I LOVE HER! She was sooooo hilarious and BEAUTIFUL!
'I killed Sirius, haha! I killed Sirius!!'

*hugs Stormy* Me neither. XP But I already knew about Cho. They did it so a completely out of the blue character like Esmerelda {Was that her name? See - I've forgotton already!} wouldn't just come in. It would confuse the people who didn't read the book, and it meant getting an extra cast member. It also makes Harry and Cho breaking up make more sense...in the book they just drifted apart - which was good, but would take way too long in the movie. How dare you say that about number 4! *sulks* They did have the Quidditch world cup!

But they didn't show any QUIDDITCH at the World Cup, Fudgey!
My fav book(Besides the fifth. I really loved the fifth, but that's more of a SECOND fav) was the third. Always had been(NOT the fourth! So THERE! HA HA!) but I HATED the third movie... ..I think I'd prolly have to go with either the fourth or the second movie.. but I won't say that for sure until I've seen the fifth. I've seen the trailor for the fifth, though, and it looks AWSOME! Umbridge looks PERFECT! Can't wait to see it! -squee!-
Problem is, I gotta wait until either a week-end(When it'll be really crowded) or a few more weeks, until my mum stops working full-time, since she's doing night shifts right now.. -pout-

My fave book is the fourth. It's filled with so much excitement. Plus, that's the book Sirius is good AND he doesn't die!!!

I didn't ever like the fourth book that much... So many people like it, but I didn't... I dunno why not... But I LOVE the third! Everything just sorta starts making sense in the third, and things begin to come together: I guess you could call it the beginning of the end. They introduced a lotta cool characters in the third, as well. And besides, I loved all the animals and the Care of Magical Creatures classes in the third. True, they had the COMC in the fourth, too, but it just didn't seem quite as funny. But I HATED the third movie. It was awful! They messed up my beautiful idea of the Hogworts grounds(The lake was too big..) and they changed stuffies around, and I HATE who they cast as Lupin and Sirius! Neither do the part justice, and they don't LOOK right, either. Oh.. and everything happened WAY too fast. And I hated the werewolf, too, so there!. Yeah.. I didn't like the third.. the best thing about that movie was that Hagrid's hut was really cool lookin'.
